Built for sign shops

Quote without
leaving your
desk.

Your prospect sends a photo and one reference — a measurement, or just a sheet of paper taped to the wall. You send back a confident, accurate quote. Same day, same desk. Win the job first. Measure it when you're getting paid to.

How it works

Three steps. No truck required.

The whole idea is simple. Your prospect does 90 seconds of work on their phone. You do the rest from your chair.

01

They send you a photo

One straight-on shot of the wall, storefront, or vehicle. Phone camera is fine. Nothing fancy.

02

They give us one reference

A door height. A window width. Or just a sheet of printer paper taped to the wall. Any known dimension in the frame gives ViewMark its scale.

03

You quote with confidence

Drop in your design. ViewMark scales it accurately. You send the quote the same day — from your desk.

What ViewMark does

Built for trust. Not for flash.

Every feature exists for one reason: to let you put your reputation on a quote you made from a photo. That's it. That's the product.

The paper sheet trick

No tape measure? No problem.

If your client can't — or won't — measure, have them tape a plain sheet of printer paper to the wall and take the photo. ViewMark knows a sheet of paper is 8.5 by 11 inches. That's all the reference we need.

Everyone has paper. Everyone can tape. The last excuse for not sending you a quotable photo is gone.

Point-to-point

Or give us one measurement. We'll do the rest.

If the client does have a tape measure, even better. Click two points on the photo. Type in the real-world distance. Every pixel in the image is now locked to a real dimension — and your design scales accurately to the wall.

Scale verification

Five seconds of certainty before you quote.

Once your scale is set, click two points on something else you know — a door, a parking space, a ceiling tile — and ViewMark shows how close the math is. Tight match? Quote with confidence. Off? Recheck before sending. The kind of habit that catches the mistake before the customer does.

Box measure

Verify proportions without guessing.

Draw a box over any area in the photo and ViewMark tells you its real-world dimensions. Perfect for checking that the space you're designing into is the space you think it is.

Any surface

Walls. Storefronts. Vehicles.

Interior offices. Exterior fascia. Trucks, vans, trailers. If you can photograph it straight-on with one known dimension in frame, you can quote it from your desk.

Who built this

Built by someone who's been on both ends of a bad measurement.

For 50 years I've been in the sign industry. I've quoted jobs from the truck. I've built signs that didn't fit. I've watched good shops lose good customers at "there's a site visit charge."

ViewMark is the tool I wish I'd had. It's not a replacement for measuring on-site — it's how you win the job so you get paid to measure on-site. That's the whole idea. Everything else is just features.

Common questions

The honest answers.

If it's not covered here, email us and we'll answer it for real.

How accurate is it, really?
Accurate enough to quote with confidence. The math is precise — if the measurement your client sends is correct, ViewMark scales everything else to match. You'll still want to verify on-site before you build (you should on every job), but now that verification happens on a confirmed, billable order rather than on a speculative quote.
What if the client's measurement is wrong?
That's what the box measure tool is for. Draw a box over something obvious in the photo — a standard door, a ceiling tile, a parking space — and check whether ViewMark reports the dimension you'd expect. If it's off, you've caught the bad measurement before you quote. If it checks out, you know you can trust the scale.
Does my client need any special skills to take the photo?
No. Phone camera. Straight on. One measurement in the frame. That's the whole ask. We've built ViewMark to handle real photos taken by real people — not studio shots.
What happens when my free trial ends?
Nothing automatic. Because there's no credit card on file, nothing gets charged. If you want to keep using ViewMark, you pick a plan and subscribe. If you don't, your account pauses and your data sits safely until you decide either way.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from inside your account in one click. No phone call, no "retention specialist," no hoops. On a monthly plan, you keep access until the end of your billing period. On an annual plan, let us know and we'll sort out the right thing for your situation.
Is my data safe?
Your projects, photos, and measurements are stored in a secure database. We don't sell or share data. We don't train AI models on your work. Your client photos are yours. End of story.
Do you offer a team plan?
Not yet as a self-serve option, but if you're running a team and want to roll ViewMark out to a few estimators, get in touch on the contact page and we'll work out the right setup for you.
